LY-1005 is a mixture consisting of polyether polyols, crosslinker, water, silicone stabilizer
and catalyst.
It is suitable for production of high resilience foam in automotive and furniture markets
in conjunction with Modified MDI. The typical application density(core) ranges from 45~55
kg/m3 .

Storage
Hygroscopic. Use dry nitrogen or low dew point air for tank padding. Keep drums tightly closed to
prevent contamination. Store at 15~25 . Observe ºC all federal, state and local regulations when
storing this substance. Store away from incompatible substances.
Shelf Life
Under recommended storage conditions, the shelf life of LY-1005 is 6 months. If the
production is overdue, but it's main physical and chemical properties in the guide line, may not
effect on it's using properties.
