LY-800 is a formulated polyol system for continuous panels and provides a good fire resistance
according to B1-DIN 4102.
It is the mixture of polyol, flame retardant, silicone surfactant, water, catalyst.
The blowing agent, HCFC-141B, should be added in premixing station.
LY-800 gives a good mixing effect with polymeric MDI.
The foam of this system has a good flowability, low thermal conductivity, good dimensional stability
and excellent fire resistance properties.

HANDLING and STORAGE              

Blend Polyol LY-800 Series and PU systems should be stored at room temperature below 25ºC in sealed drums.Agitate contents before use particularly after long standing.Precautions should be observed to avoid prolonged or repeated skin contact with the products or its introduction in or near to the eyes.If skin contact occurs all contaminated clothing should be removed and the effected skin area wiped with a cloth or paper towels saturated with ethanol or equivalent solvent followed by washing with soap and water.Goggle or eye shields should be worn when there is a danger of splashing or eye contact.With the exercise of such care LY-800 Series should not present any undue hazard to health under normal working conditions(Protective clothing and eye protection is recommended when handling Polyol).
